personalised, practical, rooted in real life & backed by science

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health - because no two women are the same. That’s why I take the time to understand your unique story; your symptoms, lifestyle, diet, preferences, background, and where you are in your life right now.

My approach is grounded in:

  • Food First: Nutrition is at the heart of what I do - simple, nourishing changes that are science-backed, sustainable and enjoyable

  • Targeted Support: Supplements or functional testing may be recommended, but only when truly needed and always tailored to your individual needs

  • The Bigger Picture: Health isn’t just about what’s on your plate, I also consider sleep, stress, activity, work-life balance and emotional wellbeing

“ Amy is a brilliant Nutritional Therapist, she is knowledgeable, thorough, empathetic and kind whilst being gently encouraging. When I first visited Amy I had gut issues and I wasn’t sure where to turn, I felt like I had exhausted every avenue. Amy listened, didn’t judge and helped me to create a sound nutritional plan. With her guidance and advice I now have a happy stomach and healthier outlook on eating.”
