I am so glad you’re here. If you are feeling tired, out of balance, or simply not quite yourself, you are not alone - and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I’m Amy, a registered Nutritional Therapist, and I work 1:1 with women of all ages to support their health, with a particular focus on hormone balance and gut health. I run my clinic both in person and online so I can offer support to you wherever you are in the world.

Whether you are navigating your twenties, motherhood, perimenopause and beyond, or struggling with your digestion and general sense of well-being, I am here to help you understand what is going on in your body and how to feel better - in a way that works for you
