Step 1 - Book in for an introductory phone call.
This is free and no obligation. Once you have filled in the contact form with your details, I will contact you to arrange a time for us to speak. I will call you to briefly talk through your health concerns and what the best approach might be. Following this, if you are happy, I will send over a health questionnaire, including a food diary for you to complete before we meet.
Step 2 - Initial consultation
We will meet online or in person for an in-depth conversation about your past and present health and lifestyle and where you want it to be. Together we will create a personalised diet and lifestyle plan, which may include supplement recommendations or test recommendations if required.
Step 3 - Follow up
We will meet again after 4-6 weeks (but will keep in contact in the meantime) to review how you are feeling, check your goals and update your plan.
